Our manufacturing and warehousing facility, located at our corporate headquarters in Anaheim, CA, has been an integral part of AEF's success for over 10 years. Our welders are qualified to ASME Section 9 for the manufacturing of welded products from stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum materials of construction.
Unlike much of our competition, we are equipped to do the vast majority of our fabrications completely in - house, eliminating costly scheduling delays from typically subcontracted items, while at the same time reducing incidental damage and contamination. All critical steps in the fabrication process, such as Rolling, Shearing, Breaking, Cutting, Welding, Painting etc. are performed by welders, mechanics, and technicians who know our products inside and out. The end result of which is a very consistent product line that ships on time and arrives ready for service.
Skid-Mounted Machine Modules
Fabricated, assembled, piped, painted, wired and tested completely in - house, these truckable modules significantly reduce both the cost and duration of site installation and start - up. Self - contained Railcar Unloading Systems, Barrel Cooling Skids, Water Baths, and Hot Oil Heat Exchanger Skids are examples of some of the modules that are produced at this facility.
Standard and Non-standard Vessels
Dust collectors, filter receivers, scale hoppers, and surge bins are built to customer specifications, often reducing the typical engineering effort by eliminating the need to design around catalog standards. Stainless steel vessels are manufactured in work centers dedicated to stainless, and tested for iron contamination prior to final assembly.
PD Blower Assemblies
Pressure,
vacuum, and dual blower Railcar Unloading Assemblies from 5hp to 250hp are
assembled, painted, wired, and tested to engineering and client
specifications. Assemblies over 75hp are typically assembled on
fabricated structural steel bases. All PD Blower Assemblies, as is
the case with all our equipment, are available in sanitary design
variations for food processing environments.
Knockdown Structures and Mezzanines
Knock
- down structures and mezzanines, limited in size to truckable components,
are shipped complete with handrails, staircases, and hardware.
Structure finishes are painted, galvanized, or powder coated, as required.
Custom Electrical Assemblies-PLC-Loading-MCC Panel Shop
Our skilled staff of electricians and panel builders produce hundreds of assemblies per year. A typical system controls package may include Scale and Blending Control Panels, Motor Control Centers and a host of secondary assemblies such as Alarm Panels, E-Stop Panels, and Motor Starter Panels.
